At Tixo Ticketing, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to attend an event on a different date or time. That’s why we offer the option to request a ticket exchange for eligible events. If you'd like to exchange your ticket for a different performance, please fill out the form below with the necessary details.

How It Works:


Eligible Events:Please note that ticket exchanges are subject to availability and the policies of the event organizer. Not all events allow exchanges.

Request Submission: Provide your order number, preferred new date, and the reason for the exchange in the form below. You can also attach any relevant documentation (e.g., your ticket or receipt).

Processing Time: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and contact you via email to confirm the exchange or provide further assistance.

Fees: Some events may have associated fees for ticket exchanges, which will be communicated to you upon approval of the request.
