At Tixo Ticketing, we strive to offer a smooth ticketing experience, but we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refunds, however, are generally only available in specific circumstances, and are subject to the event organizer’s policies. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a refund request.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Most events have a strict no-refund policy, but exceptions may apply in cases of event cancellations or significant changes. Refunds for change of mind or scheduling conflicts are typically not permitted.
Request Submission: If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please provide your order number, a detailed explanation, and any supporting documents through the form below.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email if your request has been approved or if further information is needed. Please note, refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the event organizer.
Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
